Hi ya all. More questions. Ive only tried a couple carts. a 36v club a 48 v club , and a 36v ezgo pds. I think I would be hard pressed to tell the diff. in the pds and the 48v club! Ive had people tell me ezgo s were a cheeper bottom of the line cart. Always people who didnt sell them!! I dont believe it! But Im a newbie what do I know.I was impressed by the power and speed for a stock cart. Are the pds s just as good as any other cart out there? By the way, what year did pds come out? thanks

I believe 2000 or 2001 was the first year for the PDS cart. Their good carts and stock they run pretty well. What are your plans for the cart? How do you plan on using the cart, type of terrain?

As usual thanks HRC. Plan on using it around my place , a couple hills nothing severe, and around campground , down to the lake for a little fishing. I do want a lift kit tho for ground clearance.I like the little cargo boxes , good for carring tools for fixn fence. Will the pds handle it? grizz

Yes I'd say a PDS would be ok for you. I do prefer the fleet carts but that's just me LOL... Once you lift it you may want to upgrade all the 6 gauge cables to 4 gauge.

HRC, How much of a load does the lift lit and bigger tires put on it ?Do you know what amp the stock controller is? Probably going tomorrow to look. grizz

I believe a stock PDS cart has a 275 amp controller. The larger tires will put more strain on the motor, controller, solenoid, etc... How much more than stock I really can't say.
