EZGO Marathon Shocks With Homemade Lift Kit

I have a older EZGO Marathon golf cart that I will lift with a homemade block kit. I will use a 3 1/2" block. My question is will the factory shocks work the way they are mounted with this set up or will I have to extend the shock mounts?

You'll either need to extend the shock mounts, use shock extenders or longer shocks.
