EZGO Marathon Needs Choke to Run

Just got my charging problem fixed and now when I am driving my 1989 EZGO Marathon I have to choke it after it warms up to get it to go. I don’t run with the choke on I just pull it out for a couple of seconds and push it back in and I’m good for about 50 ft any ideas?

Have you pulled the fuel line off the carb to see if its pumping? may be a bad pump but it sounds more like the crankshaft seals are leaking.

I often rig a gravity feed tank and see if the problem goes away
