EZGO Marathon Electric Golf Cart Has Constant Power

I have a 1976 EZGO Marathon electric golf cart and I've completely rewired the whole system. Now the golf cart has constant power even with no key on and the microswithes unhooked. Need help please.

There's a wiring diagram in the EZGO resource forum here. Print the diagram and double check all of your wiring...

I am the one who rewired the cart and i have double checked the wiring diagram. My main concern is even with the microswitches unhooked the cart still will move forward and backwards when you put it in gear. I am wondering if the solenoid is stuck and letting the power just go through and is not shutting. I also dont even have the key wired up yet and it still does it.
