EZGO Golf Cart Won't Move in Forward But Runs in Reverse

My EZGO golf cart won't move in forward but runs in reverse. Any suggestions on troubleshooting the problem with my golf cart? Thanks!

What year is the golf cart? Is it a series, DCS or PDS. More than likely it's a bad connection at the forward and reverse switch or or a bad micro switch.

it is a 1989 thanks a million will check for loose connections and also s/ws it is a 24 volt system
