EZGO Golf Cart Runs Slow

Hi guys, I have a 1991 2 stroke EZGO golf cart I've been working on this for a while now and it runs slow. It seems to run fine I just can't get any speed out of it. It runs about 8-10mph. I am achieving full shift but it sure is slow. Governor is not slowing it at all even on a down hill situation. Any ideas would be great. I have modded about every other brand out there with no problems, but this one has me puzzled. Any help or ifo is greatly appreciated!

First thing you should check is your compression, then reply back with your numbers, low compression is going to be your biggest loss of power.
