EZGO Frame Rusted Out

Hi, my 04 EZGO frame has completely rusted out. Has anyone built their own frame? If so any pics or tips?

Used 1 1/2" steel channel for extension purposes and is holding up just fine. Just cut off the unusable sections and grind them down to rust free. Weld, ospho, rust inhibitive primer, and oil topcoat. Alternate would be powder coat if u can.

Make sure the batteries aren't getting over filled. The frame shouldn't have rotted out already on a 2004 cart.
