EZgo dcs wont go

I have a 96 dcs cart. DCX 400 amp controller 36 volt. Cart ran great yesterday, out it in the truck drove a hour home went to take it out of the truck and nothing. Im stumped Today i looked at it and it looks like a diode on the jumper going across the solenoid was burnt so i put a spare solenoid and old jumper on it controller came on cart moved 2 minutes later cart dies again. Pulled it all apart, put it right back together controller came on hit the gas once, then died now nothing again Im stumped bad controller? solenoid? jumper on solenoid? Oh voltage is good 38 volts Any help would be awesome Checked again controller wont light up at all. I m lost and need the cart this weekend
 
Double check ALL your cable connections and make sure they're all clean and tight. Is the diode on the solenoid still getting hot?
 
I found it today a pinched wire in the charging receptacle I took that apart like two years ago, guess it finally wore through. its fixed and running normal. I was worried thinking it was the controller.
