99 EZGO DCS golf cart cart will not go. Everything seems to be working. Solenoid pulls in and drops out. getting 39 volts on both large post and 39 on the small post. Should i only get power when the pedal is pressed? The cart did run a few days ago and now it just quit. What kind of voltage should I be getting from the black/white wires on the controller (the directional wires)?
