EZGO Charger Won't Turn On And Charge Batteries

6 mo. ago i replaced batteries,didnt use the cart now when i put the charger on it ,,,nothing ? checked each battery separtely all but one had some charge, so i tried isolating the one battery still nothing,can t find an open wire, why wont it kick on ? ezgo freedom precision about 10 years old. tnx, tom

You need at least 28 volts for the charger to turn on. You can charge the batteries individually with a 6 volt charger or in pairs with a 12 volt charger until you have enough voltage for the carts charger to run.
