Just starting on our '97 EZGO gas golf cart with the 23 hp Briggs & Stratton Vanguard, conversion project Dog Bone, looks about the same right now!! Will give some more details as we go.

Were in Colorado, I love the snow?? 
Alittle adjustment on the axle leaf spring pin for the new spring over. The swing arm sits to low in the stock ride height position, so lifted it for now. Looking like I might build my own 3 link system with coil overs, eh who knows, thats down the road. Did get the axle bolted up, and set the motor in, found that the F&R cables will not mount back to the rear housing again, going under the swing are they are to short, have to look into this and see about longer cables.

Got Mr. Dog Bone runnin, wires and crap hanging everywhere, still alot to do, I spent less, one problem ater another, but....all is good, its breathing...its a ruff vid, sound alot better in person...
