EZGO 2-STROKE/WONT START

I HAVE AN EARLY 80'S EZGO 2-STROKE THAT RAN SUPER ALL LAST SEASON AT MY CAMPGROUND, BUT WONT START NOW, BATTERY IS UP GOOD BUT WONT MAKE ANY NOISE AT ALL WHEN TRYING TO START, WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR?

Check the battery to make sure it's not dead. Check the battery cable connections at the battery, starter and solenoid.

Sounds stupid, but check the microswitch down by the accelerator. Mine got stuck and wouldn't engage when i stepped on the pedal....had me stumped for a while. Try spraying it with some WD-40

check the microswitch down by the accelerator --- Good advice, i might need to check on mine as well. WD40 i wonder if there is some sort of yearly mantance that needs to occur with these microswitchs?
