All batteries reading fine, hearing click when engaging pedal, but cart wont move. Although when I got it there is 1 reddish brown wire not connected to the terminal. It looks as though is comes from the ignition, when I put it on the negative terminal I get a humming noise but still won't go, when I put it on the positive end nothing. Any ideas?
