I rewired my ez-go TXT with a heavier gauge wiring so I had the batteries out and have checked and re checked my wiring and have found it to be correct. However I now have power for forward and reverse but I haven't any headlights, horn, the dash battery indicator does not show battery condition until I depress the gas pedal. I have checked my fuses and they are ok, I have checked each battery with a volt meter and they all read ok.
I have a wire loom in front of the batt. with a black to the neg. post, white to the pos post, and small red to the forward, reverse controller. In the back of the batt. I have another wire loom with a black wire going to the neg side of the batt. and a red to the pos. side.
(I think this area might be my problem) Any Ideas? Thank you Bob

In order to try and clarify as much as possible let me start with the purchase date of 11/29/2000 and serial no of E100 1270888 ad it is a TXT model. The photos show a red wire hooked to the pos side of the bat. And black to the minis side is from a wire loom going around the back of the batt’s and under the cart to the ignition. ( I suspect). The wire loom to the charging receptacle is comprised of white to Pos on the batt. Black to neg on the batt. And a small red to F-R controller. I have not disturbed any small wires on the controller, solenoid, or the F-R switch. In order to dbl. check my main wiring, looking down at the back of the F-R switch A is on top and going clockwise B would be on the passengers side, C on the bottom and D on the Drivers side. It is wired as follows, A to M-, B to S-2, C to A2, D to s-1. The controller is wired, B+ to A-1, B- to the neg. batt. And A2 to A2 and Batt pos to the solenoid. You guys are amazing, thank you Bob
PS.cant figure out how to add photos.
