I have a 36v charger for my ez-go and the green light flashes but also making a clicking noise is that right? THe charger is a small black box with fines on it says made by delta-q

no it should not click when charging, the Q chargers are known to do this, i have been replaceing the Q chargers since ezgo switched to those, check the voltage of the entire pack of batteries and see what you have, maybe pack voltage is to low to engage charger, i think its 31.5 volts is the limit
