ez go 48v charger

I have power wise qe 48v charger can i swab the cord with a 36 volt power wise and it charge at 48 volts to my 2005 ezgo i turn in to 48 volts

if the plugin's are the same and you wire it up correctly it should be ok

the 48 is 3 prong and the 36 is two prong

i was thinking that the 48v were triangle in shape vs. 36v plug which is rectangle, but my 48v 2006 mpt-1000's are rectangle on the charger plug, and still 2 wires
