Electrically Frustrated With 1997 EZGO DCS Cart!

I have a 1997 36v EZ GO TXT cart. The cart just died while driving it and I can't figure out what the problem is. The solenoid is clicking as soon as I turn the key and is getting full voltage without peddle depressed. If I press the throttle slowly and find the "sweet spot" it gets power but it moves in and out of forward/reverse in a jerky manner. I've replaced the key switch, the throttle switch, the forward/reverse switch, batteries, solenoid, battery cables, and reed switch. Basically everything but the toe/maintenance switch and controller. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi, A 1997 EZGO with a run tow switch would be a DCS cart. If you did any electrical work on the cart with the run tow switch in the run position there's a good chance the controller is bad.
