I bought a 77 electric Harley Davidson golf cart and it seems to run pretty good on flat ground. Unfortunately our lake area is not flat. I know pretty much nothing about the cart. Thought the guy that I bought it from said batteries were 4 years old? This thing bogs down so slow on any kind of incline to the point that u feel like u need to get out and push. Trying to see what I can do to power it up a fuzz or at least where to start. Any and all suggestions appreciated!

It depends on how slow you're talking about and how steep the incline or hills are. Your best be would be to test the battery voltage under a load and post your results.
