Electric Club Car Golf Cart V Glide

I got the wiring straightened out on my 1988 Club Car electric golf cart and it runs ok for about 2 blocks and quit. Test no voltage from green wire from v glide was 15.7 volts when pedal was depressed now 0 volts all positions.

Is the cart Doing anything? Is the solenoid clicking if not have you tried jumping at, have you checked to see if there are any broken wires? I would check first for broken wires or wire that might've come off and then check the solenoid there's a microswitch in the box if the cart ran for it while it may be just a wire that come off or broke.

I did find one micro switch bad in on/off switch circuit,also no voltage from green wire from vglide do you know what the micro sw. inside vglide controls voltage to what wire.

What exactly does the cart do when you press the pedal? If the micro switch is bad it needs to be replaced.

Microswitch in the glide is to activate solenoid.

Can the micro-switch in vglide be by-passed till it can be replaced temporaily til new is procurred. What problem will it cause. ?

it will leave the solenoid energized not a good thing.
