Electric 3 wheel ezgo

My 3 wheel electric golf cart breaks worked a little when I got it, now they do not work at all. Is there a way I can adjust them. I see one of the two screw adjustments under the frame close to the pedel Is that were you adjust or do I go to the rear wheel. It looks like it only has one cable running to the right back wheel. They do hold a little when I put it in park but not good. HELP PLEASE Thank you Eddie

There's also a adjustment on the top of the backing plate to adjust the shoes. There should be two cables, one running to each side...
