DS Club Car Front End Tire Rub

I am having an issue with the front end tie rod rubbing on the passenger side tire. Any insight into what needs to be replaced or adjusted? Not sure if its wheel hub, leaf spring, etc. Any help would be appreciated! Here are some photos.

I am guessing that your bushings where the springs connect to the spindle are bad. Could be bad wheel bearings but it would think it would have to be really bad to let the wheel tilt that far.
