Died and wont start again

Ran out of gas. refuled and wouldnt start again. Replaced the battery and starter and it ran again for about 5 mins then stopped again. Now nothing. Feels like its froze up.

Does the starter crank the engine? Can you turn the engine by hand?

No. It wont turn.

Hmmm, not good. Pull the spark plug and see if it will turn in either direction.
