Hello All,
I'm having trouble with my Club Car DS wiring harness and Silverwolf Teekon AC motor conversion kit. As some of you may know the kit comes with a 12 HP AC-PM AC-PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR, ASI BAC8000 840 AMP AC CONTROLLER, VEHICLE MODULES WITH BUILT-IN PLUG ‘n PLAY. These are the following connection I made:
I also noticed that there doesn't seem to be precharging, as the solenoid immediately closes when the key clicks on, and I read somewhere that the solenoid usually closes when the throttle is depressed. The battery is around 50% charge and is reading 52.6V consistently
I have attached below a schematic labeled "Wiring Harness Diagram" that I was told to follow by the individual that sold me the harness, as well as other documents you may find useful
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

These are the following connection I made:
- Light green and pink to tow/run switch
- Blue, green, white, purple/white, yellow to MCOR
- Brown, orange, blue to FNR switch
- B+ to solenoid to right side of solenoid, pink wire to battery side of solenoid
- Precharge resistor 475 ohms, 10W resistor across the solenoid contactors
- Blue/white and light blue to coil of solenoid
- B+ on left side of solenoid to + side of controller
- B- to - on HV battery
- Reverse buzzer not connected, no OBC or OBC connections.
