Davis 500 Golf Cart Repair Question?

Hello, I am new to this forum and am hoping that some of the gurus here can help with a golf cart repair question! My FIL has a Davis 500 golf cart that is in serious need of help. I know nuthing about this cart other than what it says on the front LOL! We think that we need a wiring schematic to make sure that we are not missing anything. Can anyone help? A local person told my husband that the Davis carts are nightmares to figure out......

I've seen Davis carts but never worked on one. I'll do a little hunting and see if I can find a wiring diagram for you. Any idea what year the cart is?
