Well guys, I have a 2006 PDS that I just converted to 48V, ordered a new charger and high amp solenoid for, as well as a hydro dipped realtree AP camo body with the ST350 front cowl. I just got the custom suite seats in today- black bolsters with realtree AP camo inserts, and I just lifted it Saturday with a 6" Jake's spindle lift and installed 22" Sahara Classic tires mounted on 12" Yellow Jacket wheels. I also installed a buggies unlimited state of charge meter on it Saturday. Yesterday, the D&D 502:1 high torque motor came in, as well as a 500 amp Alltrax programmable controller pre-programmed for torque and speed. I have built all new 4 gauge wires to install throughout, and all I need is the solenoid and body at this point! Everything else is here, but I don't want to start the installs until I get the solenoid so I can do it all at once. Just wanted to let you guys know about one of the projects I have coming up! Don't worry, I will post pics ASAP!

Well RHGC, I installed the wheels, tires, lift, and batteries, and as I was waiting a few days for the rest to come in, my wife parked the cart outside the shop with the stock body on it, and someone bought it....

It was the last PDS I had in stock, so I have to go buy some more carts asap and start over!

I still have the D&D motor and seats, etc in stock, and the body is still on its way, so I will reorder wheels/tires, lift, etc, and start over when I get the new carts in.....
