I am in desperate need of a wiring diagram or help in why the fuel pump relay wont shut off. Relay is new ignition switch works fine HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Which engine? Try unplugging the CPU first.

No luck red/blue wire coming from the relay stays hot new relay also. The engine is Walbro code EFIA01-A and other number is EFIA01A56921. This wiring diagram isn't helping. Fuel pump keeps running with ignition switch off switch tests good. Pull 15 amp blue fuse stops the fuel pump. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Determine which pins on the relay are the coil (should be 85 and 86) and see if you can read voltage across those two pins in the relay socket when it's unplugged. If you have power the problem is in the activation circuit, if not then there is a problem in the power circuit. Does unplugging the relay stop the pump?

Yes unplugging the relay stops it.

Unplugging the 15 amp fuse kills it also.
