Converting from 6v to 12v

I'm sorry if this is old to som of you. I tried serching and didn't get any results. What problems am I going to incounter, changing from 6v to 12v? Other than new cables and batteries, am I going to find any other problems? ( controller )? I can't find anything other than shorter life between chatrges.

Welcome to the forum.

You'll have shorter run time between charges and shorter total battery life. Other than that you shouldn't have any problems.

Yeah, I don't think you are going to find 12 volt batteries that will give you the power, amperage, to be a satifactory replacement.
Is there a special reason for wanting to go to 12 volt?
