Convert EZGO TXT from Gas to 48 Volts Electric

I have a 2006 EZGO TXT gas golf cart and I am wanting to convert to electric 48 volts. Is it possible?

Only if you start from the frame up. i would guess between all the parts and new rear axle assy , battery tray and all the electrical about $4000 to $6000. Go buy another cart. What is wrong with the gas engine?

The whole cart needs rebuilding so while I am doing it I thought I would get convert to a quiet ride.
