controller out/coils in?

hot rod, you solved the problem i was having with my son adam cart, we installed the wrong controller. my question is this can we replace the controller with a coil set? not looking for anything but a running cart.if thiscan happen can you emaile a wiring diagram or suggestion on how to do this. hoping to save a little!bcgc maybe i'm out of my mind, but i had to ask

BCGC--you really dont want to replace a efficiant controller and step back into the MIDDLE AGES so to speak and put resistors in as replacement? You would loose performance and battery life and range etc. Resistors are OLD SCHOOL?
