Columbia Par car

Hello,
This is my first Golf cart and I can't seem to find any good info on it. The VIN is 2L-20948-C9. It is a Columbia Par car, two stroke, I believe its an 89 if I'm correct. The problem is no one seems to have the parts I need. As simple as the injection pump cable and the throttle. I would like to find a factory service manual and parts catalog of some sort for it. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be a great help. Nothing is set up correctly and I want to make it right. Any help is appreciated, thanks, Luke

I have a service manual for the car par 1988 1989.

My VIN is 2L-20400-d2. How did you figure out the year?

Its a 1992, model is P4G

D is the decade it was built C = 80's, D = 90's so a D2 would be a 1992 the 2L = P4G which is 4 wheel gas.
