how do ya get the rear belt pully off bolts off, inner moves, outer sheav dosent is it pressed on shaft. when i turn one sheave one way and the otherside the other it moves but dosent snap back i think the spring is broke unless there is two springs in the thing . help it runs fine just wanted to clean clutch real good,////////////////duh it might help if i told ya what it is 1983 g1 2 smoker
