club car wont start

got a club car and it wont start. when I push on the pedal I can hear the soleniod click but nothing else happens. when I checked the soleniod it has 12 volts and whhen I push the pedal it drops to 0volts

Sounds like a dead battery or bad ground.

battery tested good so I will check the grounds

so I checked all the grounds and cleaned them up and still nothing any other suggestions

on which side of the solenoid are you losing power.

Sorry Nubs but I dont understand your question when Im checking the soleniod Im putting my volt meter on the big post and getting the reading. If Im doing it wrong please let me know how to do it right

Also when checking it I put it on the big positive post and the small post towards the back of the car and it reads 11 volts

just a update dirtysouth was right went back n checked grounds again and the ground on the gen was the problem thanks everyone for the help
