Club Car Precedent Has No Reverse

I have an 05 Club Car Precedent. I was cleaning some dirt off the motor and by mistake touched the two top terminals with a wire brush causing a small spark. Now the golf cart has is no reverse, there is a click and the buzzer works. Can anyone help??

sounds like you may have taken out the controller.

That kind of what I was thinking. I was hoping there is a way to reset the controller. Thanks
