Club Car Golf Cart Has Play In Steering

I'm installing new wheels on my Club Car custom golf cart and noticed it has a lot of play in the front end.
Any ideas on whet to check that's could be causing play in the steering on my golf cart?

With the cart sitting on the ground have someone rock the steering wheel back and forth while you look under the cart. Look for play in the tie rod ends and the steering box itself. If that all checks out ok jack the front of the cart up and grab the front tires at the top and bottom and see if you have play there. You can also grab the front tires in the front and rear and rock them with the cart jacked up to see where the play is...

The tires and wheels have up and down and side to side play It is so loose and looks like its coming from the king pins, ball joints and tie rod ends?

It's possible they're all shot. If you want tight steering replace EVERYTHING in the front end of the golf cart that has play.
