I just got my first golf cart, 84 Club Car gas. It only runs good with the choke on. I took the carburetor off to clean it and I see some sort of cover plate underneath with a hose fitting, hose has been cut off. What is this for? Im assuming this is a vacuum leak, not sure, can anyone send me some pics of any carburetor venting, Thanks
