I have a 1996 Club Car gas golf cart and it's giving me some trouble. It is backfiring bad when the engine heats up. The golf cart also stays running after you come to a stop. Any ideas on what I should be troubleshooting to repair this golf cart? The gas pedal is all or nothing if you press the pedal a little it goes but it pulses and surges. I have all new clutches drive and driven with new belts too..
