Club Car Precedent Front End Alignment Camber and Toe
Before setting the camber roll the cart with the tires straight a few feet then:
Set the camber per the attached diagram.
After setting the camber roll the cart ahead again a couple feet with tires straight and recheck camber.
Then set the toe by measuring the distance between the front of the tires mid way up the tires center to center.
Then measure the distance between the rear of the tires mid way up center to center. (Easier with new tires as you can use the mold seam in the tire as a measuring point.
You want to end up with about 1/16 toe in which would mean the center to center measurement should be 1/16 less on the front measurement. If you need to adjust the toe you do that by turning the tie rods in or out depending on which way they need to be moved to get 1/16 toe in.
