Is there any thing I could put on my exhaust / muffler to make my golf cart not as loud? Its a 95 Club Car DS with the FE290 engine. I'd like to quiet it down if possible,

to me its louder than I need it to be.I didnt know if there was something I could add to the exhaust pipe or not.I live in a community so I would like it a little quieter

My neighbor has one that the little exhaust tip broke off the muffler making it considerably louder. Check to see if yours is still there. If it's broken off you probably need a new muffler.
