Club Car Carryall II Slows Down Going Up Hills

I have a 2004 Club Car Carryall II that slows down significantly when going up hills that aren’t very steep.
The batteries are 2yrs old and test perfectly even under load.
On flats it moves out great no problem at all.
Motor going bad? Controller going bad?
I also have a 2004 club car precedent that will run circles around the Carryall
Any suggestions ?

Controller number will tell me whether it’s a series or separately excited drive system

You have a series drivetrain and they are inherently slow You can check all your wires solenoid controller motor anything with the big cable on it for heat which would be a loss of power and slow down. I would put a voltmeter on the pack drive it up a hill post the voltage it drops to also the output of the controller voltmeter there and run it up the hill that will tell us where the loss is
