clicks but no go

Hell-o, I have a 93 club cart I use around the farm. It has started clicking by that I mean the solenoid clicksbut it don't go, but if I keep doing it it will sometimes catch and take off but not always. So we sit and mash the peddle sometimes 10 times sometimes 100 times before it will go. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

HOG, FOUND OUR PROBLEM. NEEDED TO REPLACE THE 36V 2 WAY SOLENOID. NOW RUNS LIKE A TOP. GOOD LUCK.
