2006 EZ GO rocker switch on dash. 2 problems. 36v, batteries check out fine. Checked connections, ok. Charger will not quit charging. It is a Schauer charger that I sent back to company
they replaced with new one and still will not shut off, even though the batteries are charged.
Also, the cart will either hesitate, at times, or will stop for awhile before again start moving. During the stop time I pop the brake on an off until it runs again.

How did you check your batteries. If there's nothing wrong with the charger I would take a closer look at the batteries.

I checked them with a volt meter(38.77) also checked specific gravity, all okay.

Had a repair man over who check the batteries under load. Everything okay.

Then I would say you have a battery problem or a bad battery cable/connection. Plug the charger in and let in run a couple hours then take a indivdual battery voltage reading with a digital meter while the charger is running. Post you results.

Batteries read:6.8, 6.9, 6.7, 6.7, 6.7,6.0.
The last reading is where the negative wires connect.
The first reading is where the positive leads connect.

Ok is this with the charger running? Either way the battery at 6.0 volts is either bad or has a bad cable/connection and is probably why the charger isn't shutting off.
