charger wont start

i have a 87 electric EZGO and I just put in 6 new Trojan batteries and new cables. My battery charger worked good the first day then just one click when hooking up to cart but the charger won't turn on. I have 30 volts at the charger hook up on the cart?

Hi leftywalker and welcome to the forum. Make sure there is power at the outlet your using for the charger. Also theres a fuse inside the charger you can check.

there is power in the wll outlet and the fuse on the front of the charger in the glass looks good

What type of charger do you have? Brand/model...

Did this charger work before the battery swap?

Does the cart run correctly?

Can you supply voltage readings of each battery as well as the whole pack?

took my charger apart and found burnt wire replaced wire test and everything ok now thanks for all your help
