Charger Primary Coil Resistance?

I have 115 volt input to and through the relay which is clicking and activating but I have no charging. I've read for resistance on the primary coil with my meter on the 20M ohm setting and read no resistance. And just for the heck of it I checked for amp draw on the primary coil wires and there was none.

What should the primary coil resistance reading be?

Check this out should cover all the powerdrive chargers:

The primary coil is an inductor, not a resistor. It is supposed to read continuity

Those relays are electronic relays. They are not Using a coil.
If the relay is kicking on then it's probably a bad SCR in the. obc. Jumper the big black wire to Pack negative and try it again.
