Charger isn't working---Kids

Without the drama, My daughter unplugged and plugged my charge into the cart while it was charging, and now the charger isn't registering any DC amps charging into the cart...
The charger sounds like it's running but nothing...

What year is the cart? It shouldn't of hurt anything by unplugging it from the cart while it was charging. Drive the cart a little and plug it in and see if it works...
