Have a 48 volt cart. Plug in charger and the charger will not cycle to charge. Tried another charger and the same thing happened. Put anther cart on my charger and it worked fine. What can be causing the non charge on my cart. Any ideas on what it could be? I checked the fuse on the gray wire and it was ok.

Have you checked your battery voltage? If the voltage drops to low, the charger wont come on.

if its a 95 does cart run now? if not take a jumper wire and go from small post on solenoid with the yellow wire mounted jump from there to neg post on #6 battery ( driver side rear battery ) see if cart charges and or runs if so replace OBC, also the grey wire with the yellow fuse holder on the rear of the charge receptical on cart give that wire a pull make sure it dosn,t come out of the receptical.......you say you opened charger and bypassed low voltage sensor? if not do that and try charger it should work...........on a 95 48volt cart that won,t charge and yoy rule out charge receptical and charger if it were me i,d replace the OBC chances are its orignal part and its been updated i think 3 times...................there was a time when i kept 10 to 15 of them on stock for a summer camping season seems like i was replacing 1 or 2 of them per weekend.................good luck with it........................................
