Cart won't charge.

Left my cart at the lake house over the winter under a roof and tarp. It charged just fine before winter, but know plugging it in does not start the charger up. My first though was that my charger was bad, I took it to the dealer and he said it charged just fine and that I had a cart problem. Tried using a regular battery charger over a couple of days but it didn't seem to charge all those batteries enough. What should I do? The connections look alright but I'm going to remove them and clean them all and try to charge again. Could it be the plug portion where the the plug goes in? I blew it out and sprayed with 10W 40 but that did not work. Any help would be appreciated.

I had this problem last year and I cleaned all the connections and it still didn't charge so I decided to change all the wires between the batteries and that fixed my problem so you might want to try that.

You need to know what the pack voltage is. This will help diagnose the problem.
