cart wont charge

I can jump the relay in the charger and get it to start, but it wont start on its own. looking at the wiring schematic, I'm wondering if the "low batt" light could be out and effecting it somehow. The last obc I installed had the paper work with a NEW low batt light that HAD to be installed ..according to the directions.This light is not coming on, as I have run the cart from fully charged down to approx 47 volts with no light and wont turn charger on. The brown wire from the light to the obc has no voltage on it, the orange wire from the switch has batt voltage. how would i go about checking this light, as I know it has some sort of diodes, or "stuff" in it! Your thoughts?

correction: if I go to the positive side of the battery set, then to the brown wire on the low batt light I have batt voltage. Still no light. power to one side , ground on the other...light should be on...but would this cause a no charge problem?
