Cart Stops Running

Wondering if someone can help, recently purchased 1st golf cart...
Yamaha 2006 4 pass. model name G22EC, model code JU2, 48V
During at least 3 different rides the cart stopped running, why?
Will eventually run again after an hour or so...
Cart was loaded with 4 adult passangers during 2 of the rides but other times only 2 adults and 2 kids.

On a seperate note any chance of muffling the reverse buzzer? It seems sooo loud! I know many frown on disconnecting which would be preferred.

It's more than likely the controller getting hot and going into thermal shutdown.

As I have said many times...You want the back-up buzzer working:

1) safety

2) diagnostics of the primary curcuit control power
for when you do have a problem
