Cart slows quickly after being fully charged

Batteries are 4 1/2 years old and have been properly maintained. After being fully charged and waiting for at least an hour, voltmeter will measure 6.3 on 5 of the batteries and 4.8 to 5.2 on the remaining battery.

After driving the cart for a short distance the 5 batteries still measure in the 6.2+ range but the problem battery voltage is reduced to 4.1.

Is the culpret the one battery or do I need to replace all 6?

Welcome to Cartaholics.

The battery with 4.1 volts is shot. Seeing how the batteries are 4+ years old your best bet would be to replace all of them. If you can find a good used battery you could go that route and replace the bad battery with a used battery.
