cart jumping

I have a 03 CC DS 48 volt , The cart will take off good then after several min it will start jumping and get slower and slower untill it stops. I have checked the batteries with a volt meter and hydro each cells and I cant find a problem there ( MY THINKING A BATTERY CELL SHORTED OUT ). Last year my local CC guy put a new mcor on my car,he said it was bad. What I guess I am asking how can I tell myselt if the mcor has gone back out or if the controler has failed.

No I have not but I will do that in the next day or so. Can you or someone elce tell me how to check the controler and the mcor to see if they are good or not. I am trying to learn as I go?

I got chance to check my batteries and under load each battery had 8+ volts and I had 50+ total volts leaving the batteries. I cheaked the volts going to the motor and had 40 volts on several post. I was not sure witch ones to check but I checked something. When the cart would run good is when I had 40 but when it would slow it went to 20 or lell on the blue wire leaving the controler I think.

check brake adjustment probably too tight and heating up then locking up to a crawl , not jumping but bucking! PLEASE CHECK HAD SAME PROBLEM could barely turn left rear wheel . After adjustment and changhing 2 batts. and wasting hours checking electrical system I thought basics brakes & bearings!

The brakes are fine, I can push it around so it rolls fine with no binding up. It is in the electrical somewhere. It will take off fine and after 5 min it slows to a craw. I can let it set for a wile and it will do the same. So I guess I will save up some money and take it to the shop. All the batteries have 8+ volts and it has 50+ total volts.
